Impressive Growth for National Franchisor

21-year old Craters & Freighters, a national franchise company specializing in the custom crating, packing and shipping of  products such as art, antiques, servers, and jet engines, has reported double digit growth in the first quarter of 2011. According to Diane Gibson, CEO, “There are two key reasons we are experiencing impressive year-over-year growth: an improving economy and the business transformation we have undertaken with the Jana Matthews Group.”

The JMG assessment process identified key issues that were impacting revenue growth: internal communications, executive team integration, marketing fragmentation, planning/execution, leadership and sales training. According to Dr. Matthews, “Most of the issues we encountered at Craters & Freighters are similar to those at other multi-office companies we’ve worked with. The good news is that once we identified the most critical problems and got alignment around the solutions, the CEO, staff and franchise owners were energized by the changes and excited when they saw progress. The results we have helped them achieve after just five months are proof that companies can rebound quickly, if they have the right kind of leadership.”

The Jana Matthews Group provides consulting services and programs that help CEO’s, entrepreneurs and executive team members become better leaders, improve the effectiveness of their organization and achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
